Before becoming a bed and breakfast, Shamrock Farms was a centennial farm that belonged to the Arms family. The original house was built in the 1830's and was a sod roofed frame house. After a fire destroyed the home in the early 1900's a new Victorian style house was built in its place.
Shamrock Farms is located on a working Thoroughbred Racehorse Farm. This estate offers rich views of lush rolling fields and magnificent horses grazing on the hillside.
The old-fashioned farmyard hosts a variety of farmbirds and animals to amaze and entertain. Take a stroll outside and meet Sassafras, the donkey that gives the goat donkey-back-rides, or visit with Daisy the potbellied pig.
Whether you're outdoors or in, Shamrock Farms Bed and Breakfast will put a smile on your face and warm your heart with hospitality.
